The role of the system analyst in UAT

It is useful for systems analysts to participate in acceptance testing. 

In my report, I will tell: 

what is acceptance testing, why is it needed and what types are there; 

why it is useful in terms of different roles: the resource manager, the product manager, the project manager, the system analyst himself; 

how to prepare for acceptance testing and how to conduct it depending on the type.

The report is intended primarily for junior and middle level system analysts. But it will also be useful for other roles: 

• product managers, 
• project managers, 
• resource managers.
