About Defaults, or Unconscious Gaps in Projects. Influence and methods of elimination

  • 40 min

One of the problems that business analysts face on every second project, especially on an already ongoing project on which they start working, are defaults, or unconscious gaps in the requirements, project documentation, or even in the mindset of the customer or team.

The influence of such defaults extends to all project phases and, in some cases, leads to disrupting the customer's business plans. That is why these unconscious gaps are important to identify, verbalize and promptly solve the problems that accompany them.

This talk describes the formulation of the problem of defaults, identifies the reasons for their appearance and describes the author's experience in turning the problem of defaults into a problem that can be solved using specific techniques.
